bill murray is my idol.
look!! i fixed my iphone! most productive, interesting, and challenging thing i’ve done all week. (personal aside: this is largely self complimentary because it was really an awesome and difficult thing but also a significant jab at my 40+ hr a week job, which is mind numbing and frustrating currently.)
n. a relationship or friendship that you can’t get out of your head, which you thought had faded long ago but is still somehow alive and unfinished, like an abandoned campsite whose smoldering embers still have the power to start a forest fire.
this blog is mesmerizing. poignant and beautiful and overwhelming. i’m spending what should be working hours going through every definition.

This might not be the Gatsby you remember from high school english class, but it’s surely the Baz Luhrmann you’ll remember from Moulin Rouge and Romeo + Juliet. This spot is equally as stylized as those and relies just as much on modern, popular music, but there’s some undeniable je ne sais quoi that sells it. Though I expect the stylization to be turn off to many.

another fantastic crazy baby!
Broke my iPhone screen two weeks ago (a springtime tradition apparently) so I chose to forgo the expensive replacement or repair service and instead went for DIY fun. Ordered this kit to replace it myself, undaunted despite surrounding doubters and super excited to get it done in Apple nerdy tech glory.
